“ It has dominating pepper flavor which is very unique. For me, liking is mood dependent. I like it on a normal day but I do not prefer it when I am craving for that mouth watering ramen. ”
“ This is not the easiest store to get to but it is worth it if you can. The noodles have a bounce to them that feels great in the mouth. The eggs they use are locally sourced from down the road. A lot of bamboo shoots are added normally and have a nice ginger flavor to keep you refreshed. The pork slices are amazing in flavor with an extra kick from the pepper used to coat their edges. Finally the soup give a strong but not overpowering flavor and is easy to drink on it's own. ”
“ めちゃ美味しかったし丁寧で良かったけどそんなに並んでまで！？と言う印象。 大阪市内なら割とこのクラスは何軒かあるしそこまで並ばずにもうちょい安く食えます。 ただあくまでそれはこのお店の否定ではなくて、相対的にそんな評価になったというごく個人的な意見です。 ビジネス目線でみるとこの立地でここまでの集客力とブランディング、少ない販管費で回してるのは大変勉強になったしちゃんと経営されてるなぁと思いました。 ”

“ Pepper lovers, you’re in luck. Appareya My Ramen is a small shop in the hills of Joyo City, Kyoto and they serve up lots of peppery ramen goodness. Their delicious smoked chashu has a lot of black pepper taste and their salt broth has distinct notes of fish, pork, and Sichuan pepper. They also hand make their amazing noodles. I ordered their Nigo Chashu Ramen for 1150¥, which is a bit deeper broth than their usual. You can upsize to a large portion of noodle for free. Just be aware, as they are a small couple-run shop, they have random closed days during the week, so check their website before you head over. ”
“ The place offer limited tsukemen or normal ramen which is pretty delicious. Its location is pretty hard to access without a car, and usually are slightly packed with around 20min waiting time. Taste was great, broth is good, where the best part is the pepper oil, which is basically grounded pepper with oil, that enhance the broth significantly!!! ”
“ I stumbled upon this ramen restaurant while riding along Route 307. The restaurant opens at 11:30 AM, and when I arrived around 11:40 AM, there was already an incredibly long line. I waited for about 45 minutes before finally getting my ramen. Unfortunately, the Tsukemen (limited to 20 servings per day) was already sold out, but the other noodle dishes were equally fantastic. The pepper spice was notably strong, and you could add more pepper oil if you prefer extra heat. The rice is a definite must-try. Despite only having two staff members, they managed the busy restaurant efficiently. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! ”
